Start with one piece of work

Bring us one piece of work an agent can do, but the company still cannot put fully into production.

The agent can gather the evidence, apply the rules and propose the answer. It stops where the company needs a decision, and today that decision exists only in a person.

What we do first

We start with the decisions the work depends on. Some may already be established elsewhere in the company. For each one, we make the standard explicit, from policy, procedure and the people who decide it today: which evidence, from which sources, whose judgment, which rules. The company ratifies it.

What you get

That piece of work runs on decisions the company holds, to the company’s standard. Where the standard is met, the agent finishes the work. Where it is not, there is no decision, only an open question that names what is missing, and the agent can go and get it. A person is involved where the standard requires one, not because the software cannot proceed.

What we need from you

The piece of work. Who owns it. Who owns the decisions it depends on. Where it stops today.
