# Start with one piece of work

Bring us one piece of work that an agent can do, but that your company cannot yet put fully into production.

The agent can gather the evidence, apply the rules and propose an answer. It stops where the company still relies on a person to say that the answer counts.

## What we do first

We start with the decisions the work depends on. Some may already be established elsewhere in your company. For each one, we make explicit what your company requires before the answer counts: which evidence, from which sources, whose judgment and which rules. We work this out from your policies, your procedures and the people who make the call today, and your company approves it.

## What you get

That piece of work runs on decisions that meet your company's requirements. Once every decision it needs is established, the agent finishes the work. Where something is still missing, the agent can see what it is and go and get it. People stay involved wherever your company wants their judgment, not because the software cannot go further on its own.
