You know the process. The agent can gather the evidence, apply the rules and propose the answer. It still stops where the company needs an actual decision, and today that decision exists only in a person.
What we do first
We start with the decisions the process depends on. Some may already be established elsewhere in the company.
For each one, we make the standard explicit, from policy, procedure and the people who make the decision today. The company ratifies it.
What you get
That process runs on decisions the company holds, to the company standard.
Where the standard is met, the agent can finish the work. Where it is not, the process waits for exactly what is missing. A person is involved where the company’s standard requires one, not simply because the software cannot proceed.
What we need from you
The process. Who owns it. Who owns the decisions it depends on. Where the work stops today.
